A stunning and simple ring.  This sapphire ring has a natural earth mined vintage sapphire of almost a full carat.  The gem has a wonderful deep blue color and is set in a wide contoured band that narrows on either side of the setting and then widens again to accept the stone into its tight bezel set hold.

Sapphire is a wonderful stone, it is the birthstone of September babies, and they are said to hold the energies of the past and are one of the more common family heirloom stones.  It is also becoming a very popular stone for engagement and wedding rings.
